With European roots, Elina Montenegro's and Liz Breuer's lives have always been intertwined with nature. They joined forces over their shared desire to strengthen the value proposition of sustainable brands to let conscious consumerism take center stage. In 2020, they launched New Normal Bureau to bridge the gap between approachable and conscious solutions. Motivated by change and treating sustainability as the baseline, they are fusing their extensive marketing background with their love for creative expressions to forge the latter as an inclusive pathway for individuals and brands.

She has made her mark with a range of global brands, from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 brands, including Nike, Airbnb, Kin Euphorics, Plenty AG, by Humankind, and more.
A multifaceted marketer who boasts a diverse background in New York and Luxembourg within fashion, digital media, wholesale, production, and e-commerce for brands such as Tod’s, The Row, The Coveteur, Olivia Palermo Inc., bybabba, and more. She’s specializing in marketing programs within the fields of social media, influencer marketing, experiential marketing, partnerships, and content production for value-driven companies.
